Cancellation / Deposit policy
For online bookings, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Deposit and cancellation policies are dependent on the rate plan booked. No refunds will be made for non-refundable bookings or reservations that are cancelled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date.
Please note that for all reservations, the hotel requires a cash deposit or valid credit card for incidental charges upon check-in. Debit cards cannot be used for the deposit.

Check-in Policy
To check in to the hotel, the minimum age requirement is 18 years of age with a valid official identification (i.e. Passport, Identity Card).

Our hotel’s standard check-in time is after 2:00pm and check-out time is before 12:00pm, unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and charges. You may enquire with our reservations team prior to your arrival or our front office associates during your stay.

Alternatively, we offer to hold our guests’ luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out on the same day. You may approach our Front Desk at the lobby to make arrangement.

Our hotel offers many complimentary services for business and leisure travelers, including access to a 24-hour fitness center with cardio and training equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi and computer stations, and car park (subject to one parking coupon per day).

Yes. Located in the Novena district, our hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Novena MRT station, from 8 a.m to 10 p.m. daily.

Overlooking Zhongshan Park, 21 on Rajah is a casual restaurant serving Mediterranean and local cuisine, from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily. Our hotel restaurant is known for its wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and a la carte menu featuring Mediterranean and Asian flavours. The restaurant is Halal-certified.

(All dine-in services at 21 on Rajah are temporarily suspended until further notice. A la carte and set menu service will remain available for takeaway and islandwide delivery.)

The Days Hotel Singapore is located right next to Zhongshan Park and within walking distance of trendy shopping and eclectic restaurants, as well as Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall and the Balestier Heritage Trail.

Laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services are available at the hotel subject to additional charges. Alternatively, there is a 24-hour self-service wash and dry laundromat available at a nominal cost. All rooms also are equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Yes. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of Certified Guide Dogs.

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for our staying guests, subject to one parking coupon per day. They are, however, on a first-come first-serve basis. Please approach our Front Desk for more details.

Unfortunately, we do not have vending machines in the property. There is, however, a 24-hour convenience mart and a supermarket located at the mall beside the hotel.

Unfortunately, we do not have a business centre. There are, however, 2 computer workstations available at the hotel lobby for guests’ use.

Unfortunately, we do not have in-house clinic on property. The nearest clinic is, however, located at Zhongshan mall, beside our hotel. The hotel is also a short distance away from Novena Medical Hub (Thomson Medical Centre, Tan Tock Seng General Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena & Novena Medical Centre).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master, AMEX, JCB & China Union Pay) and cash in Singapore dollars.

By Car / Taxi
It takes approximately 20 minutes by car / taxi and costs about S$20 to S$30 depending on time of the day and type of cab.

By MRT
Travel by East-West (EW) Line heading towards Joo Koon and stop at City Hall Interchange. Transfer to North-South (NS) Line heading towards Jurong East. Alight at Novena Station (NS20). From there, you will need to hop on our shuttle bus or take Bus 21 or 131 to arrive at the hotel.

By Public Transport
The hotel is conveniently located near Novena MRT station, which is easily accessible by foot, public buses and our hotel’s shuttle service.

By Taxi
We advise to travel by taxi for destinations further away from central Singapore. They are easily hailed at the hotel’s taxi stand or with the assistance of our associates.

Alternatively, for sightseeing, you may pre-book a guided tour at our Concierge Desk (at a cost).

Our hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Mall, home to many dining outlets, retail stores and a supermarket. Alternatively, you may hop on to our hotel shuttle bus to Novena MRT station and you may shop at the Velocity, Square 2 and United Square. It is also a short distance away from Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier shopping street and the Central Business District.
